Our Project Activities & Results
AI4All delivers lasting impact through a series of connected activities and tangible results. These include a comprehensive handbook, five training videos, interactive workshops, five exemplary case studies, and two international launch conferences.
Activity 1: Handbook ‘AI for Inclusive Learning: A Practical Guide for Faculty at VET Trainers'’
Activity 1 will deliver a set of accessible resources empowering educators in Higher Education and VET. Key outputs include a Summary of Findings from focus-group interviews in Germany and Luxembourg, a comprehensive Handbook – “AI for Inclusive Learning: A Practical Guide for Faculty and VET Trainers”, and five short training videosshowcasing inclusive, AI-driven teaching practices.
Activity 2: AI4All Handbook Implementation and Case Study Development Workshops
Activity 2 will produce a Framework for AI-Inclusive Workshops, outlining a clear training methodology, quality assurance process, and participant feedback system. Two Summary Reports from Workshops 1 and 2 will capture key insights, best practices in AI prompt engineering, and accessibility integration. Finally, five exemplary case studies will be developed, showcasing practical, replicable examples of inclusive, AI-driven education.
Activity 3: AI4All Launch Conference & Outreach
Activity 3 will showcase and expand the impact of AI4All through a series of dissemination and engagement actions. Key results include a Conference Program and an Engagement Strategy, both in accessible PDF format, outlining event details, stakeholder outreach, and plans for sustained collaboration. Two face-to-face conferences – one hosted by XU University in Germany and one by Luxembourg Creative Lab will bring together educators, industry experts, and policymakers to exchange knowledge and experiences. A Sustainable Impact and Continuity Plan will ensure long-term use of project results, continuous feedback, and integration into institutional practices.
