Two team members represented LCL \u2014 Kristina Chavdarova and Tsvetomir Budakov \u2014 alongside partners from<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences<\/span>, Julia Wolf and Petyo Budakov. The strong participation from both institutions ensured continuity, strategic coordination, and effective progress under Activity 2.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: black;\">The session proved highly productive, reinforcing collaboration and advancing key deliverables under <\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">Activity 2: AI4All Handbook Implementation and Case Study Development strategic alignment and practical implementation. Core topics included:<\/p><ul><li>Project management and quality assurance updates, including timeline reviews, milestone tracking for Activity 2, clarification of partner roles, and proactive risk mitigation measures.<\/li><li>Development of the AI4All workshop framework, defining learning objectives, human-centred AI principles, interactive methodologies, group work formats, and hands-on practical exercises.<\/li><li>Quality assurance mechanisms, including participant feedback tools, measurable learning outcome indicators, and evaluation methodologies to ensure high educational standards.<\/li><li>Workshop delivery strategy, including preparation for Workshop 1 and Workshop 2, refinement of competencies, and groundwork for structured case study development.<\/li><li>Selection and development of five exemplary case studies, including agreed criteria, structure, integration of workshop results, and translation plans (German &amp; French).<\/li><li>Dissemination and visibility strategy, quality management procedures, certificates of attendance, and planning of the open public event to maximise outreach and impact.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Strengthening Inclusive, Human-Centred AI in VET<\/h3><p>The discussions reaffirmed the partners\u2019 shared commitment to promoting inclusive and human-centred AI practices within vocational education and training (VET).
