AI4All: Transforming Learning with Human-Centered AI

AI4All: Empowering Inclusive Digital Innovation Through Human-Centered AI (Project No: 2025-1-DE02-KA210-VET-000351968) is an Erasmus+ co-funded Small-Scale Partnership between XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences (Germany) and Luxembourg Creative Lab (Luxembourg) dedicated to enhancing inclusivity and innovation in education through artificial intelligence. The project aims to strengthen digital accessibility in Higher Education and Vocational Training by developing AI-driven training resources, empowering educators with five key competencies in inclusive content creation and prompt engineering, and establishing a replicable framework for AI integration in curricula. Together, the partners are shaping a more accessible, creative, and future-ready digital learning landscape across Europe.

Project Activities

The AI4All project is structured around three interlinked activities, each designed to build upon the previous and ensure a coherent pathway from knowledge creation to practical application and dissemination.

Activity 1: Handbook ‘AI for Inclusive Learning: A Practical Guide for Faculty at VET Trainers'’

Starting on September 1st, 2025, this activity focuses on creating a comprehensive AI4All Handbook and supporting training videos. These resources will equip faculty members and VET trainers with practical, ethical, and advanced strategies for integrating AI into educational content, emphasizing accessibility, fairness, and usability. The outcome will serve as a cornerstone for inclusive digital innovation in teaching and learning.

Activity 2: AI4All Implementation & Case Study Development Workshops

Starting on February 1st, 2026, this activity translates the AI4All Handbook into practice through hands-on workshops and real-world case studies. The partners will develop a structured training framework and quality assurance process. Two interactive workshops will empower educators to apply AI-inclusive strategies, strengthen five key competencies, and master prompt engineering.

Activity 3: AI4All Launch Conference & Outreach

Starting on June 1st, 2026, this activity focuses on sharing the outcomes of AI4All and ensuring long-term impact. The consortium will co-create a conference program and engagement strategy targeting educators, industry experts, and policymakers. The activity culminates with two face-to-face launch conferences - one in each partner country. This activity aims to foster collaboration, and build a lasting European community of practice around accessible, AI-driven education.

XU University and Luxembourg Creative Lab (LCL) share a long-standing partnership built on more than four years of successful collaboration in advancing inclusive and innovative education. Their joint achievements include the Erasmus+ co-funded project “United – Inclusion and Diversity of Learners with Diverse Backgrounds” (Pr. No: 2022-2-DE02-KA210-VET-000092335), whose outcomes have been fully integrated into both organizations’ policies and practices – such as Equal Opportunities and Anti-Discrimination Policy and Internationalization and Multiculturalism Strategy.
