AI4All: Advancing Inclusive and Human-Centered AI in Education
AI4All is a Small Scale Erasmus+ co-funded initiative dedicated to helping universities of applied sciences and VET institutions integrate Artificial Intelligence in a way that is inclusive, ethical, and accessible to all learners.
Through its core outputs—including the Handbook “AI for Inclusive Learning”, training workshops, digital resources, and policy recommendations—the project equips educators with the skills to design human-centered, transparent, and equitable AI-supported learning environments. AI4All promotes responsible AI use that enhances teaching quality while safeguarding academic integrity, learner autonomy, data protection, and fairness.
The long-term impact of AI4All is to build institutional capacity, foster AI-ready educators, and support the creation of inclusive digital ecosystems where every learner – regardless of background, ability, or learning style – can benefit from innovation in Higher Education and VET.
Building on the Erasmus+ Vision for Inclusive Learning
The AI4All project directly supports key Erasmus+ priorities by promoting inclusion, digital transformation, and equality in education.
Inclusion and Diversity: AI4All develops accessible and inclusive AI-driven educational materials that empower educators to address the diverse needs of learners, including those with disabilities or different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. By ensuring equitable access to quality digital content, the project actively reduces learning barriers and fosters social inclusion.
Digital Transformation: Through the creation of innovative, AI-powered training resources and workshops, AI4All strengthens the digital readiness, resilience, and capacity of educators in Higher Education and VET. The project equips teachers with the tools and competencies needed to integrate AI ethically and effectively into teaching practices.
Building an Inclusive Higher Education System: By uniting XU University and Luxembourg Creative Lab (LCL), AI4All bridges academic and vocational training contexts, creating a replicable model for inclusive digital education. This collaboration promotes a human-centered, ethical approach to AI, ensuring that digital innovation benefits all learners and contributes to a more inclusive European education system.
Quality Assurance and Impact Evaluation
Project partners continuously monitor both qualitative and quantitative indicators to assess progress and ensure meaningful impact. A comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan, established at the project’s outset, defines clear key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate each activity and guarantee that all objectives are achieved efficiently and to a high standard.

Prof. Dr. Petyo Budakov is the Vice President for Teaching at XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He is an experienced educator and project leader with extensive expertise in EU-funded initiatives, particularly within the fields of digital innovation, inclusive education, and AI integration. His work focuses on bridging technology and pedagogy to create accessible, future-oriented learning environments across Europe.
Debora Silva Correa
Head of the Examination Office at XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences
Debora Silva Correa is the Head of the Examination Office and Manager of Student Services at XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences in Germany. With extensive experience in academic administration and student support, she leads projects to automate institutional processes and enhance transparency in examinations. Debora also oversees the development of XU’s International Welcome Center, promoting inclusivity and integration for international students.
Tsvetomir Vasilev
President of Luxembourg Creative Lab
Tsvetomir Vasilev is the President of Luxembourg Creative Lab (LCL), bringing extensive expertise in the cultural and creative sectors as well as in business incubation and innovation management. He has led numerous EU-funded projects promoting digital transformation, inclusion, and entrepreneurship, supporting creatives and educators in developing sustainable, future-ready solutions. His work bridges art, technology, and education, fostering collaboration and growth across Europe’s creative ecosystem.
