Luxembourg Creative Lab Successfully Conducts AI4All Workshop 2 on Inclusive Prompt Engineering and Case Study Development.

Luxembourg Creative Lab (LCL), as one of the consortium partners of the Erasmus+ co-funded AI4All project, successfully conducted the second workshop within Activity 2: AI4All Handbook Implementation and Case Study Development Workshops. The workshop, titled “From Inclusive Prompt Engineering to Practice: Co-Developing AI4All Case Studies for Accessible Learning,” marked an important step in transforming the project’s inclusive AI framework into practical educational resources.

Building on the foundations established during Workshop 1, the second workshop focused on applying advanced prompt engineering, accessibility principles, and user-centred learning design to real educational challenges. Participants moved from conceptual understanding to hands-on development, working collaboratively to design and refine inclusive AI case studies for use in Higher Education and Vocational Education and Training contexts.

A central objective of the workshop was the co-development of case studies that demonstrate how AI-supported prompt engineering can enhance accessibility, improve the user experience of learning materials, and respond to diverse learner needs. Through collaborative group work, structured feedback, and peer review, participants transformed initial ideas into practical and replicable educational solutions.

One of the key highlights was the presentation and pitching session, where participants showcased their refined case study concepts. These proposals were evaluated according to criteria such as inclusivity, practical applicability, innovation, feasibility, relevance to learner needs, and potential impact. A jury composed of partner representatives will select the five most impactful case studies, which will be further refined and included as flagship examples in the AI4All Handbook.

The workshop also served as an important piloting and validation activity. It tested the full learning cycle developed within Activity 2 — from competence-building and inclusive prompting to the creation of concrete educational outputs. In this way, Workshop 2 confirmed the relevance and scalability of the AI4All approach across different educational environments.

By the end of the workshop, participants had strengthened their competences in inclusive prompt engineering, accessible content design, ethical AI use, and collaborative innovation. They gained hands-on experience in using AI tools critically and responsibly while developing solutions that can support more inclusive and learner-centred education.

Following the successful implementation of Workshop 2 in Luxembourg, the AI4All consortium will proceed with the final selection and standardisation of the five case studies. These will become part of the AI4All Handbook and will support educators across Europe in applying inclusive, ethical, and accessible AI practices in their teaching and learning environments.

The successful delivery of Workshop 2 by Luxembourg Creative Lab represents a significant milestone for AI4All, demonstrating how inclusive AI principles can be translated into practical, high-quality educational resources with real impact.
